1. Eligibility

• Open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must download the STAMIN App and avail at least one paid service (minimum ₹299), including:
  • A session at the STAMIN Fitness Pod
  • An AI-generated diet or workout plan
• Multiple entries are allowed. Each valid service purchase counts as one entry.
• Employees of STAMIN, its partners, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. Contest Duration & Validity

• The Lucky Draw will be activated only after 10,000 valid registrations are completed.
• The draw will be held on 2nd August 2025 or later, depending on when the entry threshold is achieved.

3. Participation Criteria

• Complete a transaction on the STAMIN App for a qualifying service.
• Each new, valid transaction adds one entry to the Lucky Draw.
• Participants may use multiple accounts to increase chances, provided each involves a valid, completed transaction.

4. Prize Details

• Winner’s Prize: ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees) in cash.
• The prize will be awarded in person by STAMIN officials at the STAMIN Fitness Pod.
• If unavailable, STAMIN may award the prize virtually or choose an alternate winner.

5. Winner Selection

• A random computerized draw will be conducted among all eligible entries.
• STAMIN’s decision will be final and binding.
• The winner will be contacted via the details provided at registration. No response within 7 days may lead to disqualification.

6. General Conditions

• No refunds, transfers, or substitutions allowed for qualifying services after registration.
• STAMIN may modify or cancel the contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
• By participating, users agree to allow STAMIN to use their name, image, or video for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification

• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or involve misrepresentation will be disqualified.
• Use of bots or automated scripts to register will lead to disqualification.

8. Data Usage

• Participant data will be handled according to STAMIN’s Privacy Policy.
• Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except for contest-related administration.

9. Jurisdiction

• All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
