This Refunds and Cancellations Policy is issued by Velvom Global Private Limited, the owner and operator of the STAMIN platform. The policy governs all subscription services and other services availed by Users & partners through the platform.

1. Subscription Refund Policy

• • Refund Eligibility:
    Partners & Users are eligible for a refund only if the request is made within 7 days of the subscription start date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of subscription.
    • Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
    Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

1. 1. Refund requests made after 7 days from the subscription start date.
   2. Services already rendered or utilized by the User during the subscription period.
   3. Non-usage of the platform or its services due to User inaction.
   4. Service Cancellations

• • Service Cancellation by Users:
    Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, cancellations made after 7 days from the subscription start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Cancellation by STAMIN:
    STAMIN reserves the right to cancel a User’s subscription or access to the platform in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions or misuse of the services. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

          To initiate a refund, Users must follow these steps:

1. 1. Submit a written refund request through the STAMIN app or website support section, clearly mentioning the subscription details and the reason for the refund.
   2. Attach a copy of the payment receipt or proof of transaction.
   3. Await confirmation from the STAMIN support team regarding the refund request.

             This Refund and Cancellations Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
